so, i'm in the tedious process of deleting all of my photos from this site except for my daily deviations and a few select works.

i'm sure you have all noticed i haven't posted any new work in over a year. this is because i was getting tired of so many people contacting me about or just flat out using my dA gallery as stock for drawings, paintings, photo manipulations, and the like and then having merch of said stolen work for sale with their own watermarks all over the piece, claiming their own copyright. it doesn't matter how unknown or well known, crappy an artist or amazing you are, my work is copyrighted material that is not available for free use. theft is theft. if you want to use it so bad for reference material, then ask me and we'll have the legal forms written up and i will charge you the suitable amount.

believe it or not i was even toying with the idea of posting on here again, but i just got sent over the edge. i'll still be checking in on here like the lurker i am and may even post again someday because who knows how my feelings may be down the road. also, a bunch of models i work with are very active on here, so you'll probably see my work popping up on their accounts.

only reason i'm not flat out deleting my whole account is because i've been on here since before i even picked up a camera (thus my user name being 'fresh-eye-coffee' and not my professional name J. Isobel De Lisle), and for some odd reason i have twisted sentimental feelings about deviant art.

(yes i know people can just as easily rip my work from other sites, but my deviant art track record is a bit too ridiculous and i don't like the fact these thieves are selling my stolen work through this site)
